It’s it Normal to have sex everyday ?

Whatever amount of sex you want to have – whether it’s none at all or every day – is totally fine.  The only time it’s not okay is if you or your partner don’t want to have sex, or if having sex gets in the way of your day-to-day life (like if your grades suffer or you get fired from your job because you have sex when you should be focusing on other things).

Many people go through stages in their lives where they have more sex, less sex, and no sex. For example, some people have sex a lot more often when they’re dating or in a relationship. And sometimes people just go through phases of wanting to have sex more or less because of stress, mood, or some big change in life.  And you don’t have to have sex with another person to feel sexual pleasure. Lots of people masturbate, whether or not they’re having sex with other people. All of this is totally normal.

But remember, sex with a partner can have consequences like STDs and pregnancy. So no matter how much sex you have, be sure to use condoms and birth control every single time.
