Payment Options

We Offer Many Payment Options

PPMM has many payment options to ensure that patients receive high-quality services regardless of their income.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Fees are determined on a sliding scale, based on your household income and family size. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • cash
  • major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

Private Insurance

We accept most private health plans for all our services. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring your insurance information with you at the time of your visit. Please call your local health center to find out more about coverage under specific plans.

Donations

Donations are welcome at the time of your visit to help support our mission and continue the important work we do.
