Abortion Care
Available via in-person care and telehealth, and Meds by Mail, a program that allows Montanans to receive abortion pills to Montana addresses.
Birth Control
Including pill, IUD, implant, shot, diaphragm, ring, cervical cap, and patch options, as well as FREE condoms.
Emergency Contraception (Plan B or the Morning After Pill)
Over-the-counter and prescription emergency contraception.
General Wellbeing

HIV Prevention, Testing, and Care Referral
PrEP and PEP preventative medication care, HIV testing, and care referral.
Mental Health Care
Treatment for anxiety and depression is available via Integrated Behavioral Health for new and existing PPMT patients. Please call 406-869-5000 to schedule an appointment.
Midlife and Menopausal Care
Care for midlife changes.
Opioid Use Disorder Treatment
Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder is currently available for patients in Great Falls. Please call 406-454-3431 to make an appointment.
Preventive Care Visits
Annual visits, cervical cancer screenings, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams, testicular exams, visual exams, Colposcopy, Cryotherapy, and Leep.
Safer Sex Education
Learning about tradition sex education and consent, boundaries, trust, and more!
STI Testing and Treatment
Planned Parenthood of Montana screens for the most common STIs including: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hep C, HIV, Trichomonas, and Mycoplasma.
Transgender Care and Gender Affirming Care
Gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT).
