What is the best way to make my penis larger?

There's really no way to make your penis bigger without surgery. But it can be expensive, risky, painful, or might not even work.

Most researchers and health professionals also agree that vacuum pumps and other gadgets that are advertised to make the penis bigger or larger don’t work.

The average adult, erect (hard) penis is between five and seven inches long. Some are smaller; some are bigger. Smaller penises tend to grow more during an erection (when they get hard) than larger penises. And some penises are too big to become fully erect.

Penises come in all different shapes and sizes, and that’s normal. Sometimes TV, movies, magazines, pornography, and social media can make a big deal about how a penis should look or how big it should be. But here’s the thing: everyone’s body is actually completely unique and that’s totally normal (and worth celebrating)!  Trying to be accepting and caring of your body can help you feel healthy inside and out.
