The MyChart patient portal is coming in October

With MyChart, you can manage appointments, access test results, request medication refills, check-in prior to your visit, and make payments — all from your smart device. 

Starting in October, you'll receive a unique sign-up link when you schedule an appointment or check in. We encourage all Planned Parenthood patients who we serve in Alaska, Hawaiʻi, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington, new and existing, to sign up for MyChart. 

Patients seeking telehealth (virtual visits) will be required to sign-up for MyChart prior to their telehealth appointment.

Notice to Current Patients

On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to access the current Patient Portal.  We hope you will have transitioned to MyChart. If you wish to download your prior medical history or lab results from the current Patient Portal, please follow these instructions.

To download your messages:

  1. Login to your portal account and select Health Record.
  2. The Health Record page opens displaying the Visits tab.
  3. To download a health record, select the check box next to the date of the record you wish to download and then select Download. To download all health records, select the Select all check box and then select Download A zipped folder will download to your system. You can then open the folder to view your health records in PDF format. 
  4. To view and download documents that were received, select the Documents tab. From here, you can click the Download button next to any document you wish to download.

  • Message your provider and our care team. Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.
