Beginning June 17, 2024, Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is offering expanded text messaging capabilities for our patients through MyChart, powered by Epic! 

This two-way communication will allow you to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments via text. All new and current patients will need to opt-in to start or to continue receiving communications regarding appointments via text by texting START to 78384. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Text messages related to your relationship with Planned Parenthood (PP), including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management will be sent. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For help text HELP and text STOP to opt out of notifications from a specific short code.

Existing PPGOH patients can schedule appointments through MyChart. Patients seeking telehealth (video-based visits) are required to sign up for MyChart prior to their Telehealth appointment. You may sign up for MyChart at: plannedparenthood.org/planned-parenthood-greater-ohio/mychart
