Joint Council for Economic Opportunity 

JCEO is a private, not-for-profit human service agency that serves the residents of Clinton and Franklin Counties through its main administrative offices as well as 13 Community Outreach Centers and 10 Head Start Centers. All programs are based on JCEO’s mission to alleviate poverty through practical, timely, and innovative services that emphasize and develop problem-solving skills for people.

The Clinton County Housing Assistance Program (CCHAP) is a non-profit organization that exists for the sole purpose of providing Clinton County residents with rental assistance. North Country Center for Independence

The Mission of the North Country Center for Independence is to help people with disabilities to live more independent and productive lives, and promote better policies and community understanding of disability issues. National Alliance on Mental Illness of Champlain Valley
