Every year on September 28, people around the world come together for International Safe Abortion Day, a day to discuss why safe and legal abortion services are so important. It’s a reminder that access to reproductive health care, including abortion, should be a basic right for everyone. At Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties (PPOSBC), we’re proud to offer safe, legal abortion care with compassionate providers who truly care about your well-being.
 

Why Safe Abortion Access Is So Important

For many, having access to safe abortion services is life-changing. Whether it’s for financial, health, or personal reasons, deciding to have an abortion is a deeply personal choice. International Safe Abortion Day reminds us that reproductive rights are human rights, and everyone deserves health care that is safe, affordable, and compassionate.
