Student Ambassadors
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with an understanding of sexual and reproductive health.
Role:
- Connect community members to sexual and reproductive health, education and training, and advocacy services, while serving as a resource person on campus
- Assists with expanding education and training on various sexual and reproductive health topics to community-based or youth service organizations, schools and other local organizations and agencies in target communities.

Assist with planning, implementing and evaluating community outreach activities prioritizing those communities facing health disparities.
- With guidance creates materials to be used in the community. (Educational boards, games, newsletters etc…)
- Stays current with campus activities and events and works with staff to secure a presence at larger events.
- Observes and assists with educational presentation on a variety of topics when possible.
- Co-coordinates with staff to complete other on-campus tasks as needed (e.g. seeking approval and hanging flyers around campus).

Seeks out and maintains relationships with student organizations.
Compensation:
$300/monthly stipend for approximately 30 hours of work
