PPGOH is expanding our text messaging capabilities for our patients!

Text START to 78384 to begin or continue to receive messages related to your appointments.

Effective June 17, 2024, we will offer a two-way communication program through MyChart, powered by Epic. Patients will now be able to confirm, cancel or reschedule appointments via text. New and current patients must opt-in to start or to continue receiving appointment updates via text by texting START to 78384.

Text messages related to your relationship with Planned Parenthood (PP), including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management will be sent. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For help text HELP and text STOP to opt out of notifications from a specific short code.
