Appointments

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 610-383-5911 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

Our phones are answered from 7:30 AM-7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM-5PM on Friday and 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on Saturdays.

New services at Planned Parenthood’s Coatesville Heath Center include:

-          physical exams for non-commercial drivers’ licenses
-          one-time medication renewal for specific, chronic illnesses.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

"HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?"

That depends on the services and testing you get, your age, and your financial situation. This is only an estimate; your price will be based upon services received at your visit. It's rarely more than the listed prices and most people qualify for discounts, up to as much as 100% of the cost.
  Birth Control Consult: up to $96, including one cycle of birth control

Sexually Transmitted Diseases screening/Problem: up to $135 + medication if necessary

Pregnancy Testing: up to $67

Annual GYN Exam: up to $247 (including labs and STI testing)

Emergency Contraception (Plan B or "Morning After Pill): 17 and older: $35 over-the-counter

 

Planned Parenthood accepts nearly all forms of insurance, including Medicaid. For specific information about which health insurance plans PPSP accepts, click here.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay
Payment is expected at time of service.

Walk-in Information

If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.
