You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 843-628-4380 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

We accept many private and public insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance listed, please call us at 843-628-4380.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Additional Payment Information

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major Credit/Debit Cards
  • Money Orders

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that’s not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Appointment Policies and Information

Abortion services may be available up to around 6 weeks. The exact point in a pregnancy at which abortion will no longer be legal will vary from person to person and may be more or less than 6 weeks depending on how quickly the embryo is developing, which a health care provider can determine.
