Appointment Policies and Information
From North (Burlington)
- Take I-89 South to Exit 7.
- Travel down long hill and follow signs for Rt 302.
- At bottom of hill, turn right onto Rt 302 East
- Go through downtown Barre.
- At the fork, bare left to stay on Rt. 302.
- The health center will be on your left 1/4 mile up the road on Rt 302/Washington St.
- Parking is around back. Please enter from back.
- Take I-89 North to Exit 6.
- Travel down long hill and follow signs for Rt 14.
- At bottom of hill, turn left onto Rt 14 East.
- Follow Rt 14 for 3 miles until it ends.
- Turn right onto Rt 302.
- The health center will be immediately on your left.
- Parking is around back. Please enter from back.
- Take Rt 2 West
- In East Montpelier, turn left onto Rt 14 South
- Follow for 4.5 miles.
- Turn left onto Washington St.
- The health center will be on your left.
- Parking is around back. Please enter from back.
Childcare Policies
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the waiting area unsupervised.
We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
Services Offered
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. during all hours Health Center is open. To refill a prescription over the phone for birth control pills or rings: 1. Call 866-476-1321 and choose option 2 for “prescriptions/lab results/post procedures.” 2. Enter your date of birth. 3. Hit option 1 for prescription questions. 4. Hit option 1 again for pill pick up.
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
