Abortion Restrictions
New laws from the Florida Legislature may impact your visit.
As of May 1, 2024, abortion is now illegal in Florida after six weeks of pregnancy.
If you are less than six weeks pregnant, you can still receive abortion care at a Planned Parenthood of South, East and North Florida health center. If you suspect you are pregnant, make an appointment today. If you are more than six weeks pregnant, our patient navigators can help connect you with resources in states with access.
