Constituency Organizations

B.L.A.C.K. — Black Lifestyle Advocates for Culture and Knowledge — is a Black-led constituency program established in 2020 as a safe space to center the experiences of Black Tennesseans seeking to expand access to reproductive rights, justice, and freedom.

 

Raíz works in mutual partnership with Latinx communities to improve their health and rights through education initiatives, resource distribution, and more. The program is committed to the leadership of Latinx organizers and their creativity and work in breaking down barriers in accessing health care in the Latinx community.

Tennessee Advocates for Planned Parenthood

TAPP is a 501(c)(4) organization whose mission is to:

  • Encourage and protect informed individual choice regarding reproductive health care

  • Advocate public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full and nondiscriminatory access to reproductive health care
  • Foster and preserve a social and political climate favorable to the exercise of reproductive care
