How to access abortion

In Missouri, you can now access procedural abortion at several Planned Parenthood health centers: in St. Louis at our Central West End health center or through Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood Great Plains at Midtown KC and Columbia health centers.

In Illinois’ Metro East region — just across the river from St. Louis — you can get an abortion at our Fairview Heights health center or in Granite City at Hope Clinic.
